Notifications are key when using the HomeSpotter app. When you first sign up you’ll want to make sure that you allow notifications. If you do not allow notifications you will not receive push notifications when messages are sent you in the app.
If you selected “Don’t Allow” the first time you logged in, you’ll want to go to your mobile device’s settings to turn these back on.
Once accepted, you can receive notifications by alerts, sounds, and icon badges. Notifications will come through when you’re in the app, closed out of the app, or closed out of your phone completely.
