You’re probably used to getting notifications from your clients when you create a saved search or cart for your client, and a new listing matches the criteria you’ve built. Unfortunately, the saved listings in the HomeSpotter app do not sync up with your MLSs back end (like Paragon or Matrix), and you’ll only be notified in the HomeSpotter app for activities that took place directly in the app.

This might cause some confusion between you and your clients, so we recommend only using a single means of communication with each individual client. (MLS saved search, or HomeSpotter app).

Maybe you have a client that would prefer to use the mobile app, or maybe you have a prospect who hasn’t yet signed with you and you don’t want to build out an entire saved search and cart for them quite yet. Using HomeSpotter chat and activity feed is the perfect solution for this.
