If we get your agent information via a feed, you do not have to worry about adding agents to the agent roster directly in your dashboard. Once agents are added to your CRM (or whoever HomeSpotter is integrated with, examples include Property Base or Tribus) that information is sent to us so you’ll see up-to-date information in the roster.
If you do not have an integration setup, you can tap on the Admin tab and select the “add agent” button in the top right corner as shown below.
You may also have the ability to add an office from your dashboard as well by clicking over to the "Offices" tab and clicking "Add Office":
If you do not see these buttons, your account has an integration setup. If you’re not sure where this data is coming from, please email us at support@homespotter.com.
