Once you click on a property on the map, it’s vital to have all listing information at your fingertips!
The highlights tab will provide you with a property description, history, an estimated mortgage calculator as well as options for users to request more information or a showing.
The details tab gives you a more in depth overview of the property. This is where you’ll find information like status, year build, rooms, interior and exterior features, and other property information. These details are pulled in directly from your MLS(s).
The last tab available is the neighborhood tab where you’ll see a map, directions and even what’s nearby (such as coffee shops, restaurants, etc). We also provide you with a walk store, our Commute Time feature, and school information.
If you have any questions about the information found in the app or what’s available, please reach out to support@homespotter.com. Requests for specific information to be added to your app should be directed to your mobile app administrator at your brokerage.
NOTE: Some Connect by HomeSpotter apps will provide agents with additional information including private agent only info and the ability to request showings in the app. Your mobile app administrator at your brokerage will be able to provide you with details on how to access this information if available.
