What happens when someone uses my branded app vs the generic company mobile app (and where do leads go)?

Once contacts download your branded version of the app, your name and picture (as well as your contact information) will always be in your contacts and prospects pockets. Anytime someone requests more information or a showing in your branded app, those leads will go directly to you!

On the other hand, if users download the mobile app from the app store directly and they are not branded to you, leads will route to a centralized email address that your Brokerage has provided to HomeSpotter. They will also not see your information as their agent of choice. Thus, it’s vital that when sharing your app you send out your personalized link!

If your contact tells you they do not see you in their app, ask them to tap on the Agent Roster in the app menu, and search for you. Once they set you as their preferred agent, all leads and information going forward will be sent to you.
